Platinum Energy Solutions, Inc (PES) is an innovative oilfield service provider whose main service line offerings include Hydraulic Fracturing Services, Coiled Tubing and Nitrogen Services, Chemical Services, Primary Cementing, and Pressure Pumping Services. Building on a tradition of 25 years of experience, the Company is considered to be the premier provider of drilling, completion, and work-over services to the Oil & Gas Producers in certain core areas. Equity capital was used to invest in state-of-the-art equipment for all shale play hydraulic fracturing markets that has been prevalent these past 12 to 18 months. In the midst of this particular market surge, a void has been created in the service industry requiring our customers to conduct work in deep, high pressure / high temperature environments at extended reach limits. As a result of the high demand for these specialty services, major energy companies have executed "working contracts" with service companies possessing these unique service offerings.
PES service facilities are strategically located to capture high market demand which will promote growth in the company . Each core business will deliver a wide range of oilfield services that are synergistic in nature, however depending on the application; each division has the ability to generate revenue on a stand-alone basis. The equipment selected for Hydraulic Fracturing, Coiled Tubing and Nitrogen Services, Primary Cementing, and Pressure Pumping Divisions is designed to be complementary with the majority of the jobs performed, containing equipment from both divisions working in concert. To gain yet another competitive advantage over any perceived competition, the Pumping Services Division will be equipped with an innovative stimulation/cementing laboratory. This will be essential for testing chemicals used in cementing and wellbore stimulation applications, plus developing/mixing new innovative chemical products to meet customer needs.

Our sales force will have the ability to view their sales numbers versus the rest of the team which will add a healthy dose of competition to the sales process, hence increasing sales productivity. With that said, metrics will be developed to normalize the sales data for each Account Manager's account to level the playing field as all accounts were not created equal. Our organization is currently aligned whereby specific goals and expectations are set for each associate role and by managing their performance metrics, we will create a more goal-oriented culture for our company. We determine our associate's core values and capabilities and offer training in areas considered most necessary.
